Basic
contract
The visits per year are determined by our
customer. With all our contracts you can choose from 4, 6, or
12 visits per year. These are spread across the year at regular
intervals.
Our engineers will carry out the pre-determined service visits
during there normal working day. (Monday-Friday, 0800-1700)
The Basic Contract does not include breakdown costs. These are
charged at a set rate.

Intermediate contract
Includes the same as the basic contract.
But with our Intermediate Contract it includes breakdowns for
minor adjustments of the apparatus during normal working hours.
Outside of normal working hours, breakdowns are charged at a set
rate.

Comprehensive Contract
Includes the same as the Intermediate contract.
We will attend to breakdowns during normal working hours and when
considered necessary we will replace or repair parts free of charge.
Some exclusions apply.
With our Comprehensive contract we can also offer an upgrade which
includes all breakdowns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The extra
cost for this will be sent with the servicing quotation.
NB. Prior to acceptance of a Conprehensive contract an engineer
will be required to inspect the lift. And carry out a report.
This will be carried out Free of Charge.
